EFSA pesticide residus in food 2021

The EU MACP covers the most consumed food products in Europe. The listed products are distributed across a three-year cycle so that every three years the same products are analysed.
A comparison between the results for 2021 and 2018 shows that the overall MRL exceedance ratemore information rose from 1.4% in 2018 to 2.1% in 2021.
