Reasoned opinion of EFSA: Modification of the existing MRL for pirimicarb in fennel

According to Article 6 of the Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, Belgium, hereafter referred to as the Evaluating Member State (EMS), compiled an application to modify the existing MRL for pirimicarb in fennel. In order to accommodate for a new use of pirimicarb in Belgium, it is proposed to raise the existing MRL for fennel from 1.0 mg/kg to 5.0 mg/kg.
