Survey of U.S. organic farming to kick off in May


This spring, the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) will conduct the first-ever, wide-scale survey of organic farming in the country, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack stated on April 23. The goal of the survey is to find out how the growth of organic farming is changing the face of U.S. agriculture.
