Experts on 'Protecting fruit production from frost damage'
The European Commission is looking for 20 experts such as farmers, foresters, advisers, scientists, industry and other relevant actors for the European Innovation Partnership 'Agricultural Productivity and Sustainability' (EIP-AGRI) to start a new Focus Group on ‘Protecting fruit production from frost damage’.

I am writing to inform you that the European Commission is looking for 20 experts such as farmers, foresters, advisers, scientists, industry and other relevant actors for the European Innovation Partnership 'Agricultural Productivity and Sustainability' (EIP-AGRI) to start a new Focus Group on ‘Protecting fruit production from frost damage’.
These experts will meet to try to answer the following main question:
- How to protect fruit from frost damage?
The debates between the selected experts will take place over two meetings which will be held within one year. During the meetings, they will explore practical innovative solutions to problems or opportunities, and draw on experiences derived from related useful projects. We would like to encourage everybody with relevant expertise and a keen interest in finding innovative solutions to the Focus Group's main question to apply, especially people with practical experience. The first meeting is set for 27-28 June 2018.

The deadline for applications is 03 April 2018 at 23:59 hrs CET (Brussels time). When applying please note that the call is for 3 different Focus Groups, this one is second in the list.
