Lliana Axiotiades announced as new COCERAL Secretary General
COCERAL confirms the appointment of Iliana AXIOTIADES as its new Secretary General.
Iliana, has been holding several roles within in the agribusiness sector within the Brussels landscape, including starch, food ingredients and bio-ethanol sectors, most recently as Director Government and Trade Relation Europe for Johnson Control.

Commenting on the appointment, Jaana Kleinschmit, President of COCERAL said “Iliana has an excellent track record of leadership and engagement across the agribusiness sector. We are confident she will be working with stakeholders to address the challenges faced by grain trade in Europe.”
Speaking about her new role, Iliana said “I am delighted to be joining COCERAL at a time when innovation is playing such a key role in the agribusiness. I look forward to working with COCERAL Members, staff and policy community to make trade work and to bring the group forward”.
Teresa BABUSCIO, who has led the organisation for almost 10 years, will continue to lead COCERAL as interim until the 21nd of February 2018.
