Both Commissioners will attend the opening ceremony (15, Thursday evening), where Commissioner Hogan is speaking, and participate in the Opening Round of this international food and agriculture exhibition (16th, Friday) including a visit to the Commission stand in the so-called Erlebnisbauernhof Hall. In addition to these, Commissioner Andriukaitis will hold a series of meetings with the German Federal Ministers for Health, for the Environment, and for Agriculture and speak before the Bundestag Health Committee.
For his part, Commissioner Hogan will address the Bundestag Agriculture Committee, and hold a meeting with the regional Ministers of Agriculture from the different Länder. Commissioner Hogan will also take part in the 7th Summit of Agriculture Ministers (17, Saturday), with more than 70 Ministers likely to be attending, and will hold a number of bilateral meetings.
He will also address a reception of the German Organic sector.
