The number of exhibiting Companies crossed the 1,800 quota – of which 650 from 44 foreign Countries – and the net area peaked at 150 thousand square meters, with increases in all the product sectors. The 2014 edition of Eima International consolidated also the success of the four specialized Salons.
The number of visitors, which was 196 thousand in the last edition – that represented the record for the Exhibition – reached 235 thousand, with a 20% increase and with a higher presence of businesspeople from foreign Countries. The statistical data indicate in fact a very high growth of foreign businesspeople (from a total of 124 Countries), which marks 38.800 units, with a 20% increase as compared to the 2012 edition.
The growth in foreign businesspeople involves all the areas of the World, especially the farthest Continents like Asia, America and Oceania, with an increase of 47%, 29% and 72% respectively, confirming the relevance of the Exhibition at global level and its reputation as key event for the sector.
The next edition of Eima has already been scheduled for November 9th to 13th, 2016. Meanwhile, FederUnacoma is already focusing on this year’s events, starting from Agrilevante and Eima Agrimach.
From October 15th to 18th in fact the Bari Exhibition Centre will host again the International Exhibition on Machinery for Agriculture in the Mediterranean basin and Balkan Countries (www.agrilevante.eu). Following the excellent results of the 2013 edition, which saw the participation of 290 Exhibitors (53 foreign) and around 50.000 visitors (2.272 foreign), Agrilevante 2015 announces itself as an event richer in contents and in opportunities for generating business both in Italy and abroad.
The fourth edition of the International Exhibition of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment for the Indian market (www.eimaagrimach.in), co-organized with FICCI – Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, will instead take place in New Delhi from December 3rd to 5th. The numbers of the 2013 edition – 270 Exhibitors and more than 31.000 visitors – confirmed Eima Agrimach as the reference event for agricultural mechanization in India, a role that it is already poised to be further strengthened in the next edition.
