HZPC wins the Next Level Innovation Award PotatoEurope
“And the winner is: HZPC with the Potatoshelf of the future.” With these words the Dutch Minister of Agriculture Sharon Dijksma, announced the winner of the Next Level Innovation Award of PotatoEurope 2013. She stressed the importance of a good quality and presentation of food products which according to her is shown to its right in the winning concept. Second and third prize winners were respectively HLB with the PlantCheck app and Restrain with a product for shelf life extension of packaged table potatoes.
