AgroTech Russia 2013 from 9 to 12 October 2013 in Moscow

The 8th international AgroTech Russia trade fair will take place in the All-Russian Exhibition Center (VCC) in Moscow from 9 to 12 October 2013. The largest trade fair for agricultural machinery and crop production to be held in Russia this year, it is being supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and by Moscow City Government.

AgroTech Russia is part of Russia's agricultural trade fair 'Golden Autumn'. This year's programme focuses on machinery and equipment in the areas of tillage, sowing and drilling, fertilizer spreading, overhead and other forms of irrigation, plant protection and plant care, as well as for harvesting forage crops, cereal/potato crops, root crops and maize, harvest conditioning and processing, tractors, transport vehicles, conveying equipment and all types of farm inputs. The range of products and services presented by exhibitors is supplemented by a technical programme that focuses on current issues in the areas of arable farming and crop production, along with the challenges faced in the Russian agricultural sector and strategic development in this area. Some 22,000 investors and experts from the agricultural sector visited the last event in 2012, with 512 companies from 29 countries showcasing their exhibits. AgroTech Russia is being organized by the All-Russian Exhibition Center VCC (Moscow) and DLG International GmbH (Frankfurt am Main).

The event’s trademark is the large number of expert visitors (95%). An unbiased survey among visitors to the last event showed that almost 60% of them are responsible for investment decisions in their company. This presents exhibitors with an ideal opportunity for finding new business partners, expanding their sales markets and consolidating existing contacts. AgroTech Russia's standing is also demonstrated by the attendance of high-ranking Russian and international representatives from politics, industry and academia, as well as from the financial sector.
