Copa-Cogeca elects new Chairman of Working Party on Promotion of Agricultural Products

Jerzy Wierzbicki from Poland, elected today as new Chairman of Copa-Cogeca’s Working Party on Promotion of Agricultural Products, urged the EU Commission to release the new legislative proposal to reform EU promotion policy. The move comes after the EU Commission released a Communication on this last year. Mr Wierzbicki will look at ways to ensure that future policy boosts promotion of EU agriculture produce both internally and on expanding world markets.
