Commission clears acquisition of Lieken by Agrofert

The European Commission has approved under the EU Merger Regulation the acquisition of Lieken of Germany by Agrofert of the Czech Republic. Agrofert is active in various sectors including: agriculture; chemicals and food, in particular industrial bakery products. Lieken manufactures and supplies bread and cake products and other products.
