Declaration of European Farmers and European Agri-Cooperatives on the future EU Budget 2014 -2020

1. European farmers and agricultural cooperatives call on Heads of State and Governments to reach a decision to provide a strong financial framework for the European Union until 2020, when they meet on 7th and 8th February 2013 in Brussels. Europe can only fulfil its fu ctions if there is a clear budget plan for the coming years.
