Reasoned opinion on the modification of the existing MRL for aminopyralid in rape seed

In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, France, herewith referred to as the evaluating Member State (EMS), received an application from Dow AgroSciences to modify the existing MRL(s) for the active substance aminopyralid in rape seed. In order to accommodate for the intended use of aminopyralid, France proposed to raise the existing MRL from the limit of quantification to 0.03 mg/kg.
