Agrocom Net and Agrocom Lu cooperating suc-cessfully with farmpilot

CLAAS Agrosystems has now expanded the possibilities of its management software AGROCOM NET and AGROCOM LU for even more flexibility in crop farming. The Internet portal farmpilot from arvato systems has created a link be-tween farm machinery, terminals and software programs. This enables agricultural resources and operating proce-dures to be controlled easily and conveniently.

AGROCOM NET, the versatile planning and inventory man-agement tool for crop farming, and AGROCOM LU, the program for private contractors, are linked via an interface using farmpilot. Farmers benefit from the smooth connection of the systems, the intuitive operation and the decrease in administrative work on the farm.
Orders can be scheduled in ISO-XML format and assigned to the machinery in AGROCOM NET. These orders are then transmitted directly to the Internet portal farmpilot and from there sent to the terminal on the machine. After the order has been processed on the machine, it can be transferred back to the farmpilot portal and from there fed back into AGROCOM NET. Several agricultural enterprises are already using the new options and value the integrated solution for its ease of operation and high level of convenience.

Linking AGROCOM NET and AGROCOM LU to farmpilot makes efficient tools available which can be used to organize, control and improve agricultural operations across the entire crop farming cycle.
By working together, the two companies CLAAS Agrosystems and arvato systems are providing farmers and private contrac-tors with a way to efficiently organize their farm machinery and agricultural workflows.
