Claas Agrosystems at Agritechnica 2011

The trend towards process automation and optimisation in agriculture seems to know no bounds. And nor does CLAAS Agrosystems. At Agritechnica 2011 the software, systems and machine programming specialists will be pre-senting the latest results from their research and develop-ment department. The new innovative products that they have registered for awards will, of course, also be on view at stand A10 in Hall 16: TONI - the telemetry system for im-proved remote diagnosis, PF-Gülle - the innovative soft-ware for site-specific fertilisation and FLOTTENMANAGE-MENT FIELDNAV with its reliable combination of navigation and process management. The European GNSS Agency (GSA) and Allianz Re are co-exhibitors at the CLAAS Agrosystems stand.

Data management in agriculture offers a huge potential for im-proving workflows. The bundling and automated transfer of data reduces costs and noticeably facilitates a number of jobs. With their three new innovations, CLAAS Agrosystems again de-monstrates that there is still plenty of potential for innovations in agriculture.

TONI – TELEMATICS ON IMPLEMENT
The innovative technology TONI – TELEMATICS ON IMPLE-MENT bundles and speeds up direct data transfer from the trac-tor and implements to the office via an ISOBUS, independent of the order. The telemetry system, developed by CLAAS Agro-systems in cooperation with leading implement manufacturers (Amazone, Horsch, KaWeCo, Lemken, SGT and Zunhammer), provides an overview of the entire working unit (tractor and im-plements) and enables farmers to complete their documenta-tion, evaluations and analyses as well as optimise settings, in-dependent of brand. Bundled data transfer in real time from the tractor and implements improves remote diagnosis and provides a clear overview.

Precision farming with liquid manure
The innovative combination of CROP Sensor, AGROCOM NET application map and the NIR Sensor VAN-Control makes it possible for the first time ever to use organic mixed fertilisers in the form of liquid manure and biogas substrate for site-specific fertilisation. The software automatically analyses, meters and maps the amounts used and intelligently integrates the organic fertiliser into precision farming.

FLOTENMANAGEMENT FIELDNAV
FLOTTENMANAGEMENT FIELDNAV combines reliable fleet navigation with management functionalities in the process chains of agricultural production, including planning, scheduling, order management at the machine terminal, navigation, docu-mentation and invoicing. It also has a 1-click "Follow me" func-tion meaning that the vehicles are steered on the basis of the position of the lead vehicle, without losing valuable time for or-ders.
