Commission clears acquisition of Allgäuland by Danish dairy cooperative Arla

The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition by the Danish dairy cooperative Arla Food amba ("Arla") of German dairy producer Allgäuland-Käsereien GmbH, AL Dienstleistungs-GmbH and their subsidiaries (collectively "Allgäuland").
