Reasoned opinion of EFSA: Modification of the existing MRLs for spinosad in various crops


According to Article 6 of the Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, the United Kingdom herewith referred to as the Evaluating Member State United Kingdom (EMS UK), received an application from the Horticultural Development Company to modify the existing MRLs for spinosad in blackberries and raspberries. In order to accommodate for the intended outdoor use of spinosad on these crops in the United Kingdom it is proposed to raise the existing MRL from 0.3 mg/kg to 0.5 mg/kg.
