CONCORD reaction to the new CAP budget in the MFF proposals

The ‘reduction’ (in real terms) of the CAP budget to 36.2% in the 2014-2020 EU Multiannual Financial Framework does not necessarily induce a reduction of the CAP’s external impacts, particularly for developing countries.
