Copa-Cogeca emphasizes need to increase cereals productivity in wake of the tight market situation
Faced with a tight world cereals market and rising grain demand, Copa-Cogeca called for measures to increase EU grain productivity. New Copa-Cogeca cereals figures for 2011/12 also show only a slight 2.4% rise in production, as producers are being squeezed by high input prices.
