CEJA against re-nationalisation of CAP in Dess report
The ‘Common’ of the CAP will be lost if Member States are encouraged to implement more optional co-financing programmes and effectively re-nationalise European agricultural policy. Young farmers demand generational renewal to be a priority in the European Parliament report on ‘The CAP towards 2020: meeting the food, natural resources and territorial challenges of the future’ by MEP Albert Dess.
