45 agricultural acts to be withdrawn from EU legislation

As part of the Commission's drive to reduce the regulatory burden and red-tape and its policy to clean up Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) rules, the Commission has identified 45 Council Regulations and Decisions related to the CAP which no longer have any practical effects but are formally still in force.
