Modification of the existing MRL for spinosad in herbal infusions (flowers, leaves and roots)

In accordance with Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, Germany, hereafter referred to as the evaluating Member State (EMS), received an application from the plant protection service (Landesamt für Landwirtschaft, Forsten und Gartenbau des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt) to modify the existing MRL for spinosad in herbal infusions (flowers, leaves and roots).
