Eurotier 2010: Biogas from sugar beets
The significance of the sugar beet as a high-yield biogas substrate is growing rapidly. Interest is focusing both on mixing beets in with other substrates and on using beets alone in mono-fermentation. This development is new and consequently throws up many questions.
