Modification of the existing MRLs for biphenyl in various commodities

In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, Germany, herewith referred as the evaluating Member State (EMS), compiled an application to replace the default MRL of 0.01 mg/kg for biphenyl in certain crops with specific MRLs.
