Reasoned opinion of EFSA: Modification of the existing MRLs for boscalid in various crops
According to Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, Germany received an application from the company BASF SE to set the import tolerance MRLs for boscalid in a wide range of crops. In order to accommodate the authorized GAPs in the NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) countries the existing MRLs for boscalid have to be amended.
