BioFach globally: Organic network for tomorrow’s green market

BioFach Nürnberg with its daughters in Boston, São Paulo, Shanghai, Tokyo and Mumbai again attracted some 4,000 exhibitors and over 100,000 trade visitors from production, processing, trade and services in 2009. The markets in Brazil, China and India are strong raw material markets, whereas the USA and Japan are marked by a high demand for organic products. The international organic market has successfully defied the crisis and is even showing slight growth according to experts. The sector enters 2010 with self-assurance and confidence, for sustainable consumption is one of the key future trends.
