Solae offering new dairy ingredient alternatives

Solae is offering two new dairy ingredient alternatives -- Supro(R)Plus 9000 and Supro(R)Plus 9040. The ingredients, isolated soy protein products, are said to be designed as economic alternatives to nonfat dry milk and whole milk powder, respectively.
