AGCO, Claas Farm Patent Suit May Continue

A spokesman for AGCO Corp. told Stark's News Service Interactive that AGCO's patent lawsuit against Claas AG, a major Germany-based farm machinery maker and majority owner of France-based farm tractor-maker Renault Agriculture SA, will likely continue indefinitely through this year and into 2008.
