Charter Software Releases Interface to Kubota's Kpad EPC

Charter Software Inc., a leading provider of business system software for equipment dealers, announced the final release of its interface between DealerWinT, its Windowsbased business management software, and Kubota's KPAD, its new electronic parts catalog.

Charter Software piloted the new interface in conjunction with Kubota's pilot of KPAD to a handful of dealers over the last several months.

The DealerWinT KPAD Interface is a huge time-saver for dealers. While KPAD allows immediate viewing of Kubota's machine diagrams and parts depot availability, the DealerWinT KPAD Interface provides an added value. The dealer, within the KPAD screen, can see his/her own information from DealerWinT about parts availability, bin location, supersessions, and list/net pricing. From KPAD's shopping basket, dealers can create a list of parts and with a few mouse clicks, automatically transfer the list to parts invoices, parts orders and/or work orders in DealerWinT.

"Working with Kubota's team to pilot this software was a privilege. We continue to commit resources to provide interfaces with manufacturers so that dealers can streamline their work and focus on serving their customers in the most expedient and effective way possible," said Anne Salemo, president of Charter Software, Inc. "With interfaces like this one, dealers are able to reduce costs and increase their sales and profits."
