Long-term plans raise dealer hopes

There is an air of cautious confidence among machinery dealers in the south west, despite there being fewer farmers and fewer dairy herds in the area than there were 10 years ago. But that feeling is believed to have come from those who are planning for the long term, with tractors and equipment slowly being replaced.
