Ghana�s exporters all under one roof for the first time


The five separate Ghanaian export organisations have been brought together for the first time at the FRUIT LOGISTICA under the overall co-ordination of the Federation of Associations of Ghanaian Exporters (FAGE) and they are presenting the new Ghana Fresh Produce Directory. The leading export item is pineapples, some 70,000 tonnes of which are sold annually, and 35 per cent of the harvest goes to Germany, according to Stephen Mintah, General Manager of Sea-Freight Pineapple Exporters of Ghana (Speg).
