Commission clears acquisition of Stork by Candover

The European Commission has granted clearance under the EU Merger Regulation to the acquisition of sole control of Stork N.V. (�Stork�, The Netherlands) by Candover Investments plc (�Candover�, UK). Candover is a private global investment firm, an arranger and provider of private equity for large European buy-outs.
