Akzo Nobel unit Intervet to buy Bayer facility
(Reuters) - Dutch chemical group Akzo Nobel NV's Intervet unit said on Friday it would buy a vaccine production facility from German drugmaker Bayer's (BAYG.DE: Quote, Profile, Research) Bayer HealthCare subsidiary.

The transaction, for which financial details were not disclosed, is expected to be completed in July, Intervet said in a statement.
