Ordina signs letter of intent for full acquisition of Vertis B.V. and Magentis B.V.
Today, Ordina signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of a 100% interest in the share capital of Vertis B.V. and Magentis B.V.
Vertis and Magentis experienced strong growth this year and currently have over 350 employees. Vertis has a particular specialisation in Oracle technology both when it comes to the development of tailor-made solutions and to Oracle E-Business Suite, the Oracle standard package solution.

In addition, Vertis offers solutions in the fields of business intelligence and industrial automation. Magentis specialises exclusively in SAP. Vertis and Magentis also manage and maintain self-developed Oracle and SAP applications under multi-year contracts. Vertis generates much of its turnover in the public sector, both at national and local level, and offers a number of solutions for the collection of duties and charges for such organisations as district water boards and local authorities. Vertis and Magentis are expected to generate a turnover of approximately EUR 30 million for 2005.
