Notification about a withdrawn GMP+ certificate related to Furazolidone in feed
On July 21st 2014, GMP+ International informed you by means of a newsletter about the suspension of Van Kats Food en Feed B.V. (20679) in Lopik, following Furazolidone in feed. On July 29th 2014, the relevant certification body carried out a second re-audit on request of GMP+ International. During this second re-audit, it became evident that Van Kats Food en Feed B.V. has not complied with the agreements documented during the first re-audit of June 30th 2014.

As a result of this, the certification body has withdrawn the GMP+ certificate of Van Kats Food en Feed B.V. effective immediately. Because of this, Van Kats Food en Feed B.V. is excluded from participation in the GMP+ Feed Certification scheme, FSA module, for a period of at least 1 year.
