Commission clears acquisition by POSCO of Daewoo International

The European Commission has granted clearance under the EU Merger Regulation to the acquisition by POSCO of sole control over the undertaking Daewoo International, both of Republic of Kore. POSCO manufactures and sells a diversified line of finished and semi-finished steel products.
