Danisco, Arla Foods contribute to research to produce oligosaccharides

The Danish Council for Strategic Research has granted DKK 20 million (approximately $3.8 million) to university scientists for a project aimed at developing ways to produce an ingredient naturally present in human breast milk, namely oligosaccharides.
