Science, climate change and the food supply

The EU’s Green Week (23-29 June) calls for action and adaptation to the multiple challenges presented by climate change. Food supply concerns are certain to become paramount even without the effects of climate change, but with it we are facing a radical alteration of the World’s agricultural systems.
